基于双向协商机制的机加与装配混合调度

Aggregate Scheduling of Machining and Assembly Systems Based on Bidirectional Negotiation

  • 摘要: 针对允许子系统可重入的机加与装配混合柔性制造系统的调度问题,提出一种新颖的协商框架,并基于讨价还价的双向协商机制,提出一种柔性路径下的机加与装配交替混合调度算法. 不同代理具有各自的决策目标,作业代理的目标是使自己能以低价购买合适的服务,而机器代理的目标是使自己成功出售服务,同时获得最大收益. 通过代理间的双向协商避免各自决策的局限性. 实验表明,提出的方法与常用复合规则的启发式算法相比总费用的标准差降低了24%~207%,表明提出的方法无论在性能还是鲁棒性上都有更优越的表现.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the scheduling problem of flexible machining and assembly systems with reentrant subsystems, a negotiation framework was presented and a bargain-like bidirectional negotiation algorithm was developed in this paper. Multi-agents were adopted to construct the negotiation structure, which enable various agents have their own decision objectives. The objectives of job agents were to purchase appropriate services with low price, while the machine agents always try to sell their services with maximum profits. The global performance of scheduling solutions was improved since bidirectional negotiation provides a comprehensive decision rather than an independent local decision. Experimental results show that the standard deviation of total cost is 24%~207% lower than various combinations of dispatching rules. Therefore, the proposed algorithm has better performance and robustness.
