高固体含量水反应金属燃料推进剂力学性能试验研究(Ⅱ)

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Hydro-Reactive Fuel Metal Propellant(Ⅱ)

  • 摘要: 为研究高固体含量水反应金属燃料推进剂力学性能的影响因素,运用单向压缩方法和针入度测试,研究了金属质量分数及级配、黏合剂质量分数、键合剂种类对铝镁水反应金属燃料推进剂在常温下的力学影响. 试验结果表明,金属质量分数的增加,加剧了金属间的滚轴效应,使力学性能变差;提高黏合剂的质量分数,可以减弱体系液相的迁移现象,提高力学性能;合适的金属级配和键合剂,都可改善体系的力学性能.

     

    Abstract: To study the effect on mechanical properties of high solid loaded hydro reactive metal fuel propellant under compression, the uni-axial compression method and needle penetration determination were applied to studying the effects of metal content and gradation, binder content, and binding agent on mechanical properties of magnalium hydro reactive metal fuel propellant under room temperature. The results show that the metal roller effect exacerbates by metal content increasing, so that the mechanical declines; the migration phenomenon of the system liquid phase reduces with the binder content improving, which can improve the mechanical properties. Appropriate metal gradation and bonding agent can improve the mechanical properties.
