石油射孔弹聚能效应的三维数值分析

3-D Numerical Analysis of Perforating Charge

  • 摘要: 建立某型号石油射孔弹的三维有限元模型,运用LS-DYNA对射孔弹装药起爆后,炸药爆轰及射流的形成、延续和断裂过程做了详细的模拟分析,得到了全过程射流压力、速度等参数的变化情况. 结果显示,本型号射孔弹射流完全形成历时33.997 μs,此时间段内,每时刻药型罩材料上的最大压力处是射流形成的源头;在射流最大压力值开始衰减后,射流的最大速度也不再增加;射流断裂的主要原因是射流速度梯度的存在导致射流微元之间产生了相对位移.

     

    Abstract: A three-dimensional finite element model for oil perforating charge was established. LS-DYNA was used to numerically simulate formation and fracture of the perforating jet, as well as its pressure and velocity in the process. Simulated results showed that the time of jet formation is 33.997 μs; the source of jet formation is located at position with maximum pressure and the velocity of the jet never continues increasing after the maximum pressure. Velocity gradient is the major cause of jet fracture because it could lead to neighboring jet elements generating relative displacement.
