Abstract
Equilibrium constants of two fransformation reactions of methane at 298K, 500K, 1000K, 1500K have been exactly calculated on the basis of precise spectrum data by the statistical thermodynamic method, taking into consideration anharmonious and nonrigidity corrections for diatomic molecules rotation and vibration. The results are here given and compared with those obtained through the macroscopic method.
