Design and Implementation of an Algorithm for Online Recongnition of Hand-Written Chinese Characters

Presents an algorithm for online hand-written Chinese characters, that is a combination of statistical recognition algorithm with the structural algorithm.It gives relationships of correspondence between the fuzzy collection of hand-written Chinese characters and the structure of the stencil, making use of the statistical algorithm ot carry out the feature-matching recognition, it thus implements the recognition with a high recogniton rate and speed irrespective of the stroke sequence, having no restrction on the font in the GB two level libraries, with high recognition rate and speed.
