Abstract
Traffic analysis reveals valuable information about end users and their relationships.MIX networks and onion routing are examples of technologies that mask real traffic and establish anonymous path against traffic analysis. To establish these anonymous paths, all routers require a global view of the network topology by exchanging routing information.A distributed anonymous routing protocol(DARP) is developed. It does not require any node to gather and store information about the network topology.Simulation results indicate the average processing time increases linearly with the increase of the number of nodes.
