The Technology of Emergency Management and Decision Support Based on Structural Characteristics of the Highway Network

  • Based on the truth that the national highway network has been built basically, the functional properties, such as mileage and capacity were considered as important basis to analyze the network structure characteristics of highway network. By analyzing the highway network of five provinces and municipalities on the east of China, the network degree distribution characteristics with actual physical can be found out and functional properties can reflect the real structural features of highway network. The emergency management standardization processes and emergency management decision support technologies, which are the critical nodes and critical sections of highway network topology as the core content, were proposed. These results provide a useful reference for realizing network, scale and intelligent management of highway network, and improving operational efficiency and safety level of national highway network.
