Intelligent Transportation Technology System for Low-Carbon Transport

To meet the goal of energy-saving and carbon emission reduction in transport, an intelligent transportation technology system for Chinese low carbon transport is proposed, and principles for framework design are presented based on analysis of system demand of low carbon intelligent transportation. The paper systematically introduced the technologies such as data collection technology, information resource planning technology, transportation cloud computing technology, decision making support and behavioral techniques etc, which are critical to low carbon transport. This research provides an effective technical approach to energy-saving and carbon emission reduction.
