Harmony Degree Analysis and Evaluation of Traffic Safety

The relationship of harmony degree and the traffic safety was discussed, then four harmony degree levels and the evaluation index system were established in order to analyze the traffic safety. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, we introduced harmony degree equation involving both single factor and multiple factors to evaluate the traffic safety. In the view of harmony, the traffic safety can be improved by integrating micro level with macro level, also combining material level and spiritual level, so that the traffic safety evaluation work can proceed purposefully.
