Abstract
This paper reports for the first time the simultaneous continuous-wave single-frequency laser emission at both 1116 nm and 1123 nm from a laser diode-pumped Nd:YAG monolithic nonplanar ring oscillator (NPRO). Through theoretical analysis and precise coating design, the 1064 nm oscillation was effectively suppressed, resulting in a stable dual-wavelength output. At a pump power of 5.8 W, a total output power of 1.06 W was achieved for the dual wavelengths. The slope efficiency was 34.86%, with an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 18.27%. The output power ratio between the two wavelengths was 1:1.07, and the wavelength fluctuations for both lines were measured to be less than 0.1 nm.
