Abstract

With the rapid development of radar technology, wideband radar ground target detection and recognition using high-resolution radar profile (HRRP) under strong clutter has become an important research direction in the field of military airborne radar. But for now, there exist some critical problems such as robust application in low-SCR environment and time-critical environment. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a real-time system of algorithms for ground target detection with Radon Fourier transform (RFT) and CLEAN technique, tracking with Hungarian algorithm and recognition with space-time information fusion based on D-S evidence theory, in ground clutter environment. In the mean time, the algorithms do not use the global information to detect and identify the past time, but only uses the information of the current and past time at each time, achieving the time-criticality.
